My Story
Like many business owners, I didn't set out thinking I'd one day launch my own company. After spending years working in Human Resources, supporting employees, partnering with leadership teams, and helping organizations solve complex workplace challenges, I realized there was a need for HR support that felt both professional and personal. That's exactly what I set out to create with ClearPath.
My approach to HR is simple: people matter. Whether I'm reviewing an employee handbook, helping navigate a difficult employee situation, developing workplace policies, or creating processes that help businesses grow, I believe the best solutions come from understanding the people behind the business.
As a woman business owner, I know firsthand how much heart goes into building something of your own. I also understand that most small business owners wear a dozen different hats every day. My goal is to take HR off your plate so you can focus on what you do best—running and growing your business.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, an MBA, and my SHRM-CP certification, but what I value most is building genuine relationships with local businesses. I want them to feel like they have a trusted partner in their corner—someone they can call with questions, challenges, or ideas without feeling intimidated by "HR."
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me exploring Hampton Roads, trying out a local coffee shop, singing along to a variety of music on the radio, spending time with family and friends, or hanging out with my cat, George Bailey, who firmly believes he is the real CEO of ClearPath HR Solutions.
